Calculating constructions (hollandais)

I made some calculation programs for building constructions on base QB4.5 and want produce them as Freeware (dutch instructions!)
Who is interested?(Mostly students are interested in Belgium and Holland!)

Is here a possibility to show something like :"Balken.zip" that one can read or downloads.
In other forums you can make a sort of "appendix"!I do not find a possibility here!
